1. Rental Eligibility

• Renter must be 25 years or older, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, and carry active auto insurance.
• CyberRentals DMV reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline any reservation that does not meet these requirements.

2. Vehicle Details

• Our fleet currently includes the Tesla Cybertruck and other premium EVs.
• Each rental includes unlimited mileage within the DC–Maryland–Virginia region.
• Vehicle specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment and Deposits

• A refundable security deposit ($250) is collected at the time of booking.
• Remaining balances are due at vehicle pickup unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits are refunded within 24–48 hours after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
• Payment must be completed through our secure checkout system. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, and Shop Pay.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to one day’s rental rate.
• “No-shows” without prior notice will forfeit the full deposit.

5. Vehicle Use

You agree to operate the rental vehicle responsibly and in compliance with all laws.

Prohibited uses include:

• Racing, off-road driving, towing, or any illegal activity.
• Subleasing, ride-sharing, or commercial transport without written permission.
• Smoking or transporting pets in the vehicle (cleaning fees may apply).

6. Insurance and Liability

• Renters must provide proof of valid personal auto insurance that covers rented vehicles.
• CyberRentals DMV does not provide Loss Damage Waiver (LDW).
• In case of an accident, the renter is responsible for the deductible and any non-covered damage.
• The renter agrees to indemnify and hold CyberRentals DMV harmless from claims arising from misuse or negligence.

7. Return Policy

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time and charge level.
• Late returns may incur fees of $200/day plus tax.
• A cleaning or detailing fee may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or smoking odors.
• Damages or missing items will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

8. Tolls, Tickets, and Violations

• The renter is responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations incurred during the rental period.
• Any unpaid charges identified after the rental may be billed separately.

9. Refundable Deposit Policy

• The deposit amount will be refunded after the return inspection if no damages or additional fees apply.
• If deductions are necessary, an itemized statement will be provided within 48 hours.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or small claims court in Virginia.

11. Electronic Signatures

• Digital consent and electronic signatures are legally binding under the Virginia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
• By checking out, you agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes your signature.
